Working as a Motion Designer and Adjunct Professor are two of my biggest passions. Through Premiere Tutor, my goal is to provide real-world techniques and skills for After Effects while bringing your own passions to the forefront of video. From lower thirds to full-screen motion graphic explainers, I’d be more than happy to help get your ideas moving.

More About Me
My name is Josh Blair. I’m originally from Albuquerque New Mexico and moved to Colorado in 2012 to study Digital Design and Leadership theory at the University of Colorado Denver. After graduating, I started my motion career in the broadcast / news industry, where I’ve received two National Heartland Emmy Awards with the help of some great people. From there, I moved to the audit industry as a Motion Graphics artist for a few years.
Along with a day job, I balanced my own creative projects with additional freelance – including teaching design classes at CU Denver. Eventually, I received more offers for exciting unique work, and I decided to build my own business. Now, I operate as a freelance designer from home in Grand Junction, Colorado; helping a variety of add agencies and small businesses.
When I’m not working, you can find me digitally painting on my iPad, playing video games, hiking, or enjoying the western slope with my fiancé and our two doggos.
As a Premiere Tutor and adjunct professor, I strive to help students see just how vast and unique the world of Motion Design and Motion Graphics really is – all while empowering you with the technical knowledge to bring your ideas to life.
